San Diego Pole Parties was created to empower women in a unique and fun way.
Our founder, Kitty, had been hearing that pole dancing  is a fun and fantastic workout. Sadly, while she was eager to try it out, she searched in the local San Diego area for a couple of years before finding pole dance classes available. Her very first lesson had a profound effect. She was hooked! That same week, she bought her first pole. Kitty found pole dancing to be such a great, confidence boosting experience that she realized she wanted to share this feeling with other women. She is now a Certified Pole Dance Instructor and continues to take  advanced courses from champion pole dancers while introducing women to this great feeling in a fun and friendly way.
